Factory Processing

For 304 Stainless Steel Coil,we offer 2B and BA surface finishes. The 2B surface has a roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm, suitable for most industrial uses; the BA surface, with Ra ≤ 0.1μm, gives a mirror-like look, perfect for decorative applications. Both undergo passivation treatment (per ASTM A967), forming a 3-5μm thick protective film that boosts corrosion resistance by 40%.

Slitting services are available with tight tolerances-width tolerance is ±0.1mm, and edge straightness stays within 0.3mm per meter. This ensures easy handling and minimizes waste when our clients process the coils further.
