Manufactured from premium raw materials with strictly controlled forging and heat treatment processes, our products deliver excellent dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties. Custom sizes, shapes, and technical standards are available to meet specific project requirements.
Super duplex stainless steel features a balanced ferritic-austenitic microstructure with elevated chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and nitrogen content. It offers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
S32750 (UNS S32750 / F53 / 2507) provides approximately twice the strength of conventional austenitic stainless steels while maintaining superior corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for high-pressure and highly corrosive environments.

Why Choose Super Duplex S32750 Flanges
Exceptional pitting corrosion resistance
With a PREN value ≥42, S32750 delivers superior resistance to pitting in chloride-rich environments such as seawater, brine, and chemical process media, significantly outperforming standard austenitic grades like 316L.
Excellent crevice corrosion resistance
Maintains integrity in tight geometries, gasketed joints, and under deposits, ensuring reliable performance for flange connections and complex forged components.
Outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC)
The dual-phase microstructure effectively prevents SCC in high-chloride, high-temperature conditions, providing long-term reliability in offshore and chemical applications.
High tensile and yield strength
Yield strength is approximately twice that of conventional austenitic stainless steels, enabling thinner wall designs, reduced weight, and higher pressure capacity without compromising safety.
Excellent fatigue resistance
Superior performance under cyclic loading and vibration, ideal for dynamic service such as pumps, rotating equipment, and offshore risers.
Good impact toughness
Retains reliable toughness at lower temperatures, offering an added safety margin for thermal cycling or impact loads.
Excellent seawater corrosion resistance
Proven performance in continuous seawater exposure, desalination systems, and marine environments, minimizing the risk of premature failure.
Good weld ability
Can be welded using standard processes with proper procedures while maintaining corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in the heat-affected zone.
Long service life & low maintenance
The combination of high strength and superior corrosion resistance extends operational lifespan and reduces inspection frequency and maintenance costs.

More Flange Type Descriptions
Weld Neck Flange (WN)
The most widely used high-pressure flange type. The tapered hub provides a strong, reliable connection that withstands repeated bending and fluctuating operating conditions while offering excellent performance at both high and low temperatures.
Slip-On Flange (SO)
Easy to align and install, suitable for moderate pressure applications. The flange slips over the pipe and is fillet-welded, offering a cost-effective solution for many industrial piping systems.
Blind Flange (BL)
Used to seal the end of a pipe, valve, or pressure vessel opening. Simple circular design with bolt holes, economical and effective for system isolation and future expansion.
Socket Weld Flange (SW)
Ideal for small-bore high-pressure piping. The pipe is inserted into the socket and fillet-welded, providing good strength and fatigue resistance.
Threaded Flange (TH)
Screwed onto the pipe without welding, convenient for low-pressure systems or locations where welding is not permitted.
Lap Joint Flange (LJ)
Used with a stub end, allowing easy alignment and rotation of the bolt holes. Suitable for systems requiring frequent dismantling.
Orifice Flange
Designed for flow measurement, featuring pressure taps and precise dimensions to accommodate orifice plates.
Spectacle Blind
A combined figure-8 plate used for positive isolation, allowing the line to be opened or closed without removing the flange.
Long Weld Neck Flange
Extended neck design commonly used in vessel and heat exchanger nozzles, providing additional reinforcement and smooth flow transition.

Quality Assurance
All S32750 flanges are supplied with full traceability and Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2). Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV, etc.) is available upon request. Products are manufactured in accordance with applicable ASME, ASTM, and international standards.
