1. Standard Pneumatic Internal Line-Up Clamp

The copper components provide backing support at the pipe joint during the specified welding process. The design is intended to support single-side welding and double-sided weld formation, subject to the welding procedure and configuration.
3. Gas-Protected Internal Clamp
The gas-protected internal clamp is designed for certain carbon steel and stainless steel clad pipeline applications.
After the pipe ends are aligned, the airbag assembly seals the welding section so that inert gas can be introduced into the enclosed area. This helps protect the stainless steel lining from oxidation during welding.

Working Principle
The pneumatic internal line-up clamp is positioned inside a pipeline section near the joint to be welded.
Positioning: The clamp is moved into the required position inside the pipe.
Expansion: The pneumatic system operates the supporting mechanism, applying radial force against the internal pipe wall.
Pipe Alignment: The supporting units hold the pipe ends in the required alignment for joint preparation.
