Our Monel 400 Seamless Pipe is made to ASTM B165 standards, with a makeup of 63% nickel and 28-34% copper-this combo makes it super resistant to corrosion, especially in saltwater. We ran tests (following ASTM G31) in 3.5% saltwater, and it showed almost no corrosion, just 0.001mm/year. That's way better than stainless steel, which can start rusting in a few months in the same conditions.

It's strong too, with a tensile strength of 550-700 MPa and 30% elongation, so it's easy to bend or weld without breaking. For wholesalers, this means it works for all sorts of clients, from marine equipment makers to chemical storage tank builders.

Factory Processing

We offer two surface finishes: pickled (as per ASTM A380) to get rid of any oxides, leaving a clean surface ready for use, and polished (Ra 0.8μm max, following ASTM B46.1) for when looks matter, like in visible piping systems.

Our cutting service can handle lengths from 1m to 8m with a tolerance of ±1mm, using high-speed saws that keep edges smooth. We also do threading (NPT or BSP, per ASTM F467) that fits perfectly, with a thread tolerance of ±0.03mm. Every pipe gets a pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure, as per ASTM B165) to make sure there are no leaks.

Production Strength

As a Chinese factory with 10years sending pipes to Europe and the US, we have 4 production lines, all from top manufacturers, with a total annual capacity of 2,500 tons. We use a special melting process called VIM (Vacuum Induction Melting) that keeps impurities low-iron content is under 1.2%, which we check with our in-house lab using OES (Optical Emission Spectroscopy) that's accurate to 0.001%.

We keep 100-150 tons in stock at our Qingdao warehouse, with common sizes from 1/2 inch to 10 inches in diameter and wall thicknesses from 1mm to 8mm. You can check our real-time stock online, and if it's in stock, we can ship it from Qingdao port within 4 days (FOB), which is great for your urgent orders.
