Our ASTM A269 TP321 seamless stainless steel tubes (UNS S32100, EN 1.4541, AISI 321) are titanium-stabilized austenitic tubes engineered for general corrosion-resisting and high/low-temperature service. The titanium addition locks up carbon as stable titanium carbides, preventing chromium carbide precipitation and intergranular corrosion after welding. Supplied in solution-annealed (bright annealed or pickled) condition with full Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 3.1).

Key Features
Titanium-stabilized austenitic grade - resists intergranular corrosion / sensitization after welding.
Excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance up to ~870 °C (1600 °F).
Good toughness from cryogenic to elevated temperatures; high creep rupture strength.
Weldable by standard procedures without post-weld sensitization risk.
Seamless manufacture - no weld seam, superior pressure integrity and uniform quality.
Broad resistance to many aggressive media in chemical and process industries.

Packaging & Shipping
Tubes are bundled and protected with plastic end caps, wrapped in waterproof material, and packed in wooden cases or bundles. Shipped by sea (FCL/LCL), air, or land per Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW). Standard export packaging protects against moisture and transit damage.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is ASTM A269 TP321 seamless stainless steel tube?
+
-
It is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless tube made to ASTM A269 for general corrosion-resisting and high/low-temperature service. "Seamless" means it is formed without a weld seam, giving higher pressure integrity.
Is TP321 the same as UNS S32100 and 1.4541?
+
-
Yes. TP321 is the ASTM/ASME grade name; UNS S32100 is the unified numbering; 1.4541 (X6CrNiTi18-10) is the European EN/DIN equivalent; AISI 321 is the common name.
What temperature can A269 TP321 tube withstand?
+
-
It offers excellent oxidation resistance up to ~870 °C (1600 °F) in continuous service and resists sensitization after welding, making it ideal for high-temperature and thermal-cycling duty.
Can ASTM A269 TP321 be welded?
+
-
Yes. The titanium stabilization prevents chromium carbide precipitation during welding, so it can be welded by standard methods without post-weld sensitization (annealing after welding is generally not required).
What sizes are available?
+
-
OD ranges from 3.18 mm (1/8") to 323.9 mm (12"), wall thickness 0.5–12 mm (up to 60 mm on request), lengths up to 12 m or cut-to-length. Custom sizes are available.
