Super duplex plate contains 25% chromium + 3.5% molybdenum + 0.25% nitrogen (spectral report ±0.3% fluctuation), PREN value (pitting resistance equivalent) > 40 (316L is only 25), passed the salt spray test > 1000 hours without red rust (ASTM B117 standard, carbon steel <100 hours), 6% ferric chloride solution crevice corrosion rate <0.01mm/year. -50℃ impact toughness ≥80J (Arctic project verification), 300℃ high temperature strength maintained at 520MPa (1/3 of the cost of nickel-based alloys), also applicable to extreme environments. Yield strength ≥550MPa (316L is only 220MPa), tensile strength ≥750MPa, 30% thickness reduction under the same load-bearing requirements.
