According to the standard, its tensile strength ranges from 420 to 550 MPa, and its elongation is between 25% and 30%. This combination of properties makes it strong enough for structural components yet easy to process. It is perfectly suited for applications such as bent brackets and fabricated frames.
Factory Processing
We offer two surface options: phosphatized (for superior paint adhesion) and oiled (for rust protection during storage). The phosphatized finish creates a 2-4μm layer that boosts paint durability by 30%-ideal for end products like agricultural machinery or steel furniture.
Our slitting lines handle widths from 150mm to 1300mm, utilizing diamond-coated blades that maintain precision even after processing over 100 tons of material. We also offer deburred edges with a smooth radius, eliminating the risk of sharp edges damaging your equipment during handling.
