The controlled carbon content (≤0.17%) keeps welding smooth as butter, no pre-heat needed under 20mm thickness. Compared to stainless, these coils slash material costs by 60% while still handling indoor/outdoor frames perfectly.
Factory Processing
We put every coil through its paces for precision you can count on. Our hot-rolled lines maintain thickness within ±0.15mm (EN 10029 Class A), while high-pressure water descaling leaves surfaces clean as a whistle – under 0.3g/m² scale residue.
Need custom sizes?
Our laser slitters nail ±0.2mm width tolerances (ISO 9445 compliant), and we offer mill finish or shot-blasted surfaces ready for priming. Every Mild Steel Coil gets hardness-tested across three points before crating.
Production Strength
With 450,000-ton annual output rolling off our SMS Siemag lines, We have 15,000 tons of inventory. Our automated inspection includes ultrasonic thickness mapping (every 20cm) and spectro-analysis for chemistry checks.
