Products Description
Carbon steel line pipes are special high and low pressure pipes that transport various fluids such as oil, natural gas, deep water, etc. extracted from underground to processing equipment through pipelines. They are divided into seamless pipes and welded pipes, and are connected by end welding, clamps, sockets, threads, etc.
Role And Advantages Of Carbon Steel Line Pipes
1. Good corrosion resistance. The inner wall of the steel pipe is treated by spraying, composite lining and other processes to effectively resist corrosion and oxidation.
2. High pressure resistance. The pressure level can be greater than Class1500/40mpa/3000psi, and can withstand high-pressure conveying media.
3. High safety. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the conveying medium, the pipe wall thickness will be strictly tested.
4. High tensile strength. It has good strength and toughness. The tensile strength can reach a maximum of 850MPa or more.
The Use And Function Of Carbon Steel Line Pipes
1.Applicable to centralized transmission pipelines and long-distance transmission pipelines in oil and gas fields, suitable for various fluid media, high-pressure and high-temperature pipeline equipment
2. Can be used in pipelines for fire protection, water supply, drainage, gas, etc. in construction projects
3. Suitable for pipelines for corrosive media such as acids and alkalis in the chemical and energy industries
4. Can also be used as structural support pipes for deep-sea marine oil and gas pipelines and road projects.
