In corrosion tests (per ISO 12944-6), it lasts 25+ years in industrial environments, way longer than uncoated steel's 5-year lifespan. The steel core, made from S235JR grade, has a tensile strength of 360-510 MPa, so it handles high pressure-perfect for water supply, gas lines, or agricultural irrigation systems that wholesalers often supply.

Factory Processing

We offer two coating options: black PE (for underground use) and white PE (for above-ground, with UV resistance adding 30% lifespan in direct sunlight). The coating adhesion is tested to EN 10240, with a minimum pull-off force of 70 N/cm-no peeling, even after 1000 hours of immersion in 60°C water.

Our cutting service handles lengths from 3m to 12m with ±2mm tolerance, using saws that don't damage the coating. We also add plastic end caps to keep debris out during shipping, and every pipe gets a pressure test (10 bar for 10 minutes, per EN 10253-2) to ensure the steel core is leak-free before coating.
