Our A182 F52 duplex steel flanges conform to ASTM A182 and boast a tensile strength of 700-850 MPa, significantly higher than 304 stainless steel flanges.
They are ideal for offshore oil rigs or chemical processing plants. For wholesalers, this means you can supply products to customers who require both strength and corrosion resistance without paying the high price of super-duplex steel.

Factory Processing

We offer two primary surface finishes: pickled (per ASTM A380) to remove forge scale and enhance corrosion resistance, and a 2B rolled finish for general use.

Our machining process is precise: bolt holes are CNC-drilled. Each flange undergoes magnetic particle inspection (per ASTM E709) to check for surface cracks, and we also add plastic edge guards to prevent damage during shipping.

Production Strength

As a Chinese manufacturer with experience serving European marine and industrial clients, we operate a dedicated forging line and CNC machining center with an annual production capacity of 3,200 tons. Our raw materials undergo a vacuum arc remelting (VAR) process and are tested using our in-house optical emission spectrometer (OES).

Our warehouse holds 800-1,000 tons of inventory, covering sizes from 1 inch to 24 inches and pressure ratings from 150 to 2500. With constantly updated inventory and a 5-day shipping time for in-stock flanges, we can meet your clients' tight project deadlines.

Orders over 40 tons receive a 6% discount, plus free pickling and 20% off ocean shipping costs.
