Chrome-moly seamless pipe delivery for high-temperature superheater and reheater service demonstrates Henan Shuangzhong's expanded capacity in ferritic alloy steel exports

The delivery covers high-temperature superheater and reheater tubing and represents one of the largest single-batch A335 P9 orders exported by the company in 2026.

Global demand for high-temperature alloy steel pipe is being driven by three structural trends: (1) the build-out of supercritical and ultra-supercritical coal-fired power capacity in South and Southeast Asia; (2) the retrofit of aging subcritical units in the Middle East, CIS, and Eastern Europe to improve thermal efficiency and emissions; and (3) the replacement cycle of petrochemical process units designed in the 1980s and 1990s. ASTM A335 P9, P11, P22, and P91 are the four grades experiencing the strongest order growth in this segment.
