Our 2 inch stainless steel pipe fittings are made from 304 and 316 stainless steel, and they all measure up to ASME B16.9 and ASTM A312 standards. No cutting corners here-every one checks out.
The 316 kind has 2-3% molybdenum in the mix. That little addition? It makes a huge difference in saltwater. Way better at fighting corrosion than 304, like 70% less rusting over time.
When it's 200°F (93°C) outside, these fittings can take 150 psi (10 bar) of pressure easy. And they don't burst until the pressure climbs past 600 psi. Pretty sturdy, if you ask me.That's 30% stronger than what most others on the market can do.
The threads are made to ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 specs, so they seal up tight. We tested them, and they leak less than 0.1 cc every minute, which is pretty much nothing.
Factory Processing
Every fitting gets precision work done with CNC machines, so the critical parts are accurate within ±0.005 inches.
We use electropolishing to get the surface smooth, down to Ra 1.6μm. This process gets rid of free iron, making them 40% more resistant to corrosion than if we just did standard polishing.
You can get them with socket weld or threaded ends. The weld parts are prepped to AWS D1.1 standards, so the joints hold really well.
And we test every single fitting with water pressure-1.5 times their working pressure, for a full 60 seconds-to make sure they're solid.
Production Strength
Our factory runs with 12 CNC machining centers and 8 automated assembly stations. That setup lets us crank out 50,000 units each month without breaking a sweat.
That's more than enough to handle big wholesale orders quickly. We keep 200 tons of 304 and 316 stainless steel in stock, so standard orders can be turned around fast.
Each batch goes through ultrasonic testing and visual checks, following ASTM E165 rules. If you need the test reports, just ask-we've got them.
Our in-house lab is ISO 17025 accredited, so you know the material checks are accurate.

3.And if any 2 inch stainless steel pipe fittings don't meet the specified standards when a third party checks them, we'll replace them entirely within 48 hours of getting the test report. We'll also cover any losses that come from it.
