Factory Processing

The coils and flatten them with a precision roller before cutting them into strips of the right width. Then, we use a CNC spiral forming machine to bend the strips into a spiral shape, so we can keep up with big orders. The spiral seam is welded with submerged arc welding (SAW), which creates a strong joint-we check the weld with X-ray testing to make sure there are no cracks.

After forming, we cut the pipe to your requested lengths (3-12 meters) with a plasma cutter . Then, we do a hydrostatic test-we fill each Spiral Steel Pipe with water
