Factory Processing
Every Hastelloy steel coil undergoes precision processing in our dedicated facility. We apply controlled vacuum annealing under an argon shield to prevent surface oxidation.
For custom applications, our tension-leveling lines maintain flatness across slit edges, while our ISO 9013-compliant laser cutting ensures burr-free dimensions. All surfaces receive dual-stage acid passivation that meets relevant industry standards.
Production Strength
With an annual capacity of 15,000 tons from triple-melt (VIM+ESR+VAR) production, we are equipped to meet major wholesale demand. We maintain an 800-ton buffer stock, with real-time inventory visibility provided to our clients.
Our quality assurance includes full-spectrum PMI (Positive Material Identification) verification and on-site corrosion testing. As an ASME Section VIII and NACE MR0175 certified supplier to companies like Siemens Energy, we provide an EN 10204 3.2 certificate with every shipment.
