Our Hastelloy C276 Elbow is fully manufactured to meet ASTM SB 366/ASTM B 366 standards
This composition completely eliminates the risk of weld sensitization, so there will be no corrosion weak points caused by welding after installation-for wholesale clients, this significantly reduces the risk of failures during subsequent use.

In terms of size and structure, we cover all common industrial needs: welded elbows range from 1/2" to 48", while seamless elbows span from 1/2" to 10", with wall thicknesses including SCH 10, 20, 40, STD, 60, 80, and XS grades.

Every dimension strictly adheres to ASME B16.28 and ASME/ANSI B16.9 standards, ensuring perfect compatibility with your existing ASTM-compliant pipeline systems-no need to adjust your original system to fit the fitting. In actual harsh working conditions, it also performs exceptionally well.

Factory Processing

Every Hastelloy C276 Elbow undergoes specialized processing to meet MSS-SP-43 (the standard for high-quality fittings) and ASTM requirements. For surface treatment, we offer two options: pickling passivation and mirror polishing.

In terms of dimensional accuracy, we use CNC machining technology to produce all elbows.
This means there will be no gaps or misalignment when you weld or connect the elbow, saving your construction team a great deal of installation time. For the specific needs of wholesale clients, we also provide custom processing services-such as machining beveled ends according to your welding method requirements, or changing plain ends to threaded ends-just let us know your specific needs.

On top of that, every custom Hastelloy C276 Elbow goes through a full set of quality checks-batch tracing, dimensional inspection, and corrosion testing-to make sure it meets both your custom requirements and relevant standards.

Production Strength

Our factory uses VIM+ESR double vacuum melting technology to produce Hastelloy C276 raw materials

Currently, we enabling us to stably produce more than 6,000 Hastelloy C276 Elbows annually.

In terms of inventory, we keep more than 300 pieces in stock at all times, covering common sizes from 2" to 12" (including both 45° and 90° angles, as well as mainstream wall thicknesses such as SCH 40, STD, and XS). You can check real-time inventory at any time, and in-stock orders can be shipped within 48 hours, greatly shortening your procurement cycle.

For quality inspection, every batch of Hastelloy C276 Elbows undergoes multiple tests: intergranular corrosion testing using the ASTM G28 Method A and hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 times the rated pressure. Inspection reports for each batch of products are provided with the goods, allowing you to clearly verify whether the product quality meets standards.

For wholesale clients, if your order quantity of Hastelloy C276 Elbows reaches 500 pieces or more, you can enjoy a 6% discount, along with free surface treatment services (choose between pickling passivation or mirror polishing). At the same time, we also cover the full shipping costs to major ports in Europe (Rotterdam, Antwerp) and North America (Houston, New Orleans), helping you further reduce procurement costs.

If within the warranty period, the product malfunctions due to material defects or processing issues, we will replace the faulty products for free, with no cumbersome paperwork required, ensuring your project progress is not delayed.

If you need third-party inspection (such as SGS or BV inspection), we will coordinate and arrange it for free, and only ship the goods after passing the inspection. If the received goods have issues such as incorrect size or mismatched angle, you only need to provide photo evidence within 24 hours, and we will arrange for re-delivery within 72 hours. All costs for re-delivery will be borne by us, fully ensuring your procurement experience.
